Beginning December 19, 2020 at 9:30 am we will be accepting Pre-Sales on Syrup Mill Farms. Pre-Sales allow the customer to secure their farm that isn't quite ready for a final Purchase and Sale Agreement. We are currently working on all the final approvals from our Engineers, Surveyors and the County. After all the final approvals are secured, then we will convert your Pre-Sale Agreement into a final Purchase and Sale Agreement.
You are encourged to visit and inspect the property anytime prior to the Pre-Sale date, as Pre-Sales are not considered an inspection period. Pre-Sales require a non-refundable deposit and is an Agreement that will eventually be converted to a Purchase and Sale Agreement.
All Pre-Sale deposits are equal to the Down Payment amount of the property you're purchasing.

In an effort to offer Farm Pre-Sales to everyone at the same time, we have developed a 2 step process below that allows everyone an equal opportunity to purchase a farm.

Prior to December 19, 2020 visit and inspect any of our Farms at Syrup Mill to determine which farm is right for you. Call us if you have any questions. |
Step 2- |
On December 19, 2020 at 9:30AM, text 404.354.5872 with your name and the Farm Number that you're wanting to purchase. We will get back to you within a few minutes with a validation code that will be used to access our Pre-Sale form below. Phone calls not allowed, as we take the order in which the text are received to keep the first come, first serve process fair. |

Your Pre-Sale validation code will be valid through 12:30pm the same day as the Pre-Sale date. If your Farm Pre-Sale form isn't received by this time, your approval becomes null and void and your Farm will return to the market for someone else.
Pre-Sales are not considered an inspection period. Pre-Sales require a non-refundable deposit and is an Agreement that will eventually be converted to a Purchase and Sale Agreement

We offer mini farms for sale in Georgia. The acreage of these farms range from 1 acre and up to 5 acres. The terms for our Owner Financed Land are easier for customers to own land because of our low down payments. We have land for sale in North Georgia, Central Georgia and Eastern Georgia. These properties would be great as an investment, country living, tiny home living, homesteading, farming, camping or a mini farm type environment. Our Eastern and Central properties located off Springfield and Edwards road were originally part of a larger Plantation. The hunting is great with an abundance of turkey, deer, dove and quail. We also have property located in the foothills of North Georgia, these properties have 40 year old hardwood timber all throughout the property.
