Monthly Recurring Payments

In an ongoing effort to meet the needs of our customers, we are offering a new automatic recurring payment plan using your checking or savings account. This option is called ACH (Automated Clearing House). This is a way for you to use your checking or savings account to make recurring monthly payments each month. Down Payments and Processing Fees can't be paid using ACH. ACH Banking is very simular to the way our recurring credit cards work, except with a check.

By filling out this form, you are giving Pay My Land Inc. permission for preauthorized bank drafts to be drawn against your checking or savings account. This draft will clear your bank account in the same way as writing a check. We will need a copy of a blank check uploaded on the form below. We hope you will find this payment plan to be convenient. Your land account must be current to take advantage of this service. We can only draft your account for the same payment amount each month. We do not have a way to vary the payment amount from month to month.

We offer mini farms for sale in Georgia. The acreage of these farms range from 1 acre and up to 5 acres. The terms for our Owner Financed Land are easier for customers to own land because of our low down payments. We have land for sale in North Georgia, Central Georgia and Eastern Georgia.
