Farm Pre-Sale Form
Your Pre-Sale validation code will be valid through 12:30pm the day of the Pre-Sale date. If your Farm Pre-Sale form isn't submitted by this time, your validation code becomes null and void and your Farm will return to the market for someone else.
A Pre-Sale payment in the equal amount of the down payment is required to Pre-Purchase the property. Pre-Sale payments shall be held by Pay My Land Inc, until such time as all County plat recordings are finalized and recorded at the County Clerk of Courts in which the property lies. Upon a finalized and recorded land plat, this Pre-Sale shall be converted into a Purchase and Sale Agreement. At the time of converting this Pre-Sale to a Purchase and Sale, Buyer shall be responsible for remitting an additional $350.00 for the Owner Financing processing fee. For more info on our Owner Financing processing fee, CLICK HERE In the event that the land plat is not finalized and recorded at the County Clerk of Courts office in which the property is located within 60 days of Pre-Sale date, then Seller shall have the right to refund the total amount of Pre-Sale fees paid by Buyer and the Pre-Sale shall become null and void, otherwise the Pre-Sale fee is a non-refundable fee.
