Pay My Land Inc. is a Georgia real estate development company that specializes in the sales of 5 acre mini farms. Chris Folgman, the founder of our company has over 24 years in the real estate development market. Chris started his real estate career in the residential home building and land development business in 1995 around Walton County, Georgia. Since the slowing of the home building industry in 08’-09’, he shifted the company’s efforts towards offering country living style land with owner financing.

“ In 2009 I began to see that banks were not lending money to people for land purchases, so we started with the idea of offering owner financing for just a few of our properties, well, sales went so good we decided to continue on and offer low, affordable down payments on the rest of our properties. With todays banking regulations, getting a land loan is very difficult, if not impossible to get approved for, and owning a small parcel of land to farm or build a home on, is something that everyone should be able to do. Owner financing has allowed many of our customers that would not otherwise been able to enjoy the dream of owning property, become a reality".

Chris’s credentials since 95’ include building hundreds of homes around the metro Atlanta area and developing over 23 residential communities. Chris graduated from Sturgis High School, Mississippi in 91’. Afterwards he attended Golden Triangle College to acquire a degree in construction management. He has been married since 1994 and has two sons. Since the re-focus of company efforts to offer owner financing in 08’, Pay My Land Inc. has increased the dream of land ownership to 100's of new customers around Georgia.

We offer mini farms for sale in Georgia. The acreage of these farms range from 1 acre and up to 5 acres. The terms for our Owner Financed Land are easier for customers to own land because of our low down payments. We have land for sale in North Georgia, Central Georgia and Eastern Georgia.
